Did you know that there are 3 types of people you need for a successful business?

Creator, Mover, Connector, and then there is Foundational which is all 3. Sometimes you have to wear all 3 hats but please know you are not wrong if you are more skilled at one of these than the other. Most people are not all 3 and usually have to hire the other two to keep the business moving!

The Movers are: The ones that know what it takes to run a business as far as back systems. They can take all of the pieces and make a functional thing out of the business. They now how to integrate systems and get things up and running.

The Connectors are: The people that love talking to other people and are connecting with people all the time. They get excited about sharing things with people and telling them about things that excite them. They are an inviting energy and have the ability to share things in an engaging way.

The Creators are: The ones that are always looking for what's possible. A creator is the one that has all the fantastic ideas come up. They may not necessarily know how to implement them, but they have a lot of great ideas and see the big picture of everything. Creators sometimes tend to create everything in their minds and implementing them might be a little more challenging.

However, there is nothing without the creator!

The Foundational People are: Able to be all three. A connector, a mover, and a creator. Foundational people are very good at having that big overview of how everything needs to work in communion.
 

It’s great information to know that these are the 3 energies required to create a business.

So don’t make yourself wrong if you’re struggling with some aspect of your business!

You may just require assistance or hire someone who is skilled in that particular area.
